Communication is important for everybody for this will be the main factor to release the stress that we have inside. The different issues that we have inside will go away if we will just be open to other people and let them understand the issues that we are dealing with. I know that there are some things that we do not want to talk about, but it will make things better. Let us trust the process and always be strong.
