Our relationship with food is a powerful indicator of our relationship with ourselves. Once we are able to change our relationship with food, we are able to transform our relationship with ourselves. Being able to identify our issues surrounding how and what we eat provides a big step towards healing in all aspects of our lives. This healing then extends outwards into our communities.
